S2 GT FRONT BUMPER SPOILER

  For better aerodynamics and cooling features.  It

  also improves air resistance while turning the corners. 

  After intensive R&D, we came to this design to bring

  the potential of Elise's body to its best.  It comes with

  optional "brake air duct" to cool down the brake

  systems at circuit racings.

S2 BRAKE DUCT KIT

  Made especially for S2 for best fittings, and providing

  cool air directly to the brake systems.

FORMULA REAR LOWER ARM & UPPER ARM KIT

  Rear Lower Arm: STD Tread +15mm -5mm/side

                                   Weight -1.2kg/set

  Connecting points are all "pillow ball" type to lower

  friction and increase stability.  Stabilize your car and

  gain more controllability.  Material is oval type, which

  used in formula race cars for higher rigidity and less

  air friction that will give you better handling.

 

  Rear Upper Arm: STD Tread +10mm -10mm/side

                                   Weight -0.2kg/set

  Adjust the negative camber that caused by lowering

  the car to ideal angles.  This will increase ground

  contact area and increase the traction.  All the rubber 

  bushings are changed to "pillow ball" for less friction

  to gain smooth and direct suspension feelings.

PILLOW BALL TIE ROD END

  STD or Wide Tread: Adjustable Bump-Steering

  Correct the changes of suspension geometry from

  suspension system's bump-steering, bring proper

  steering feelings, and improve the rigidity of the front

  tires at ground contact.  Pillow ball is made by NME

  for quality assurance.

RACING BRAKE PAD TK-RS400

  Carbon Metallic: 50°C ~ 600°C (122°F ~ 1112°F)

  Very stable brake pad even at lower temperature.  It

  has less damage to the rotor, and good for normal

  driving, winding roads, road race, and other wide range

  of driving styles.  No need to warm-up the brake, and

  less brake-fading at higher temperature.

 

RACING BRAKE PAD TK-RS500R

  Carbon Metallic: 50°C ~ 800°C (122°F ~ 1472°F)

  Specially made for circuit/road race with slick tires.

  Higher friction coefficient, but very stable controllability.

  No need to warm-up the brake, flat from the mid-range,

  and have linear response corresponding to pedal

  pressure.

 

RACING BRAKE PAD TK-RS600R

  Carbon Metallic: 100°C ~ 900°C (212°F ~ 1652°F)

  Main goal is "TO STOP", for high horse-power vehicle

  with slick tires.  Small speed spread and high μ, but

  provide the good controllability and higher contact

  makes less pedal effort and less brake fading.

STAINLESS STEEL BRAKE HOSE

  For S1, S2, 340R, S1 Wide Tread, S2 Wide Tread

  Improve pedal response and less pedal work to stop.

  TK's specially designed small diameter stainless steel

  brake hose is used (smaller than Earl's #3 Hose) to

  give better brake feelings.  All Fittings are also stainless

  steel to prevent from rusting and for long life.

  Aluminum Cylinder lighten the suspension systems, and

  dissipates heat. 30way Adjustable Dampening allows

  wide range of setting from comfortable street driving to

  aggressive circuit racing. Single tube damper, but

  our unique damper/gas pressure setting gives the most

  appropriate stroke and settings for the light ELISE.

REINFORCED DAMPER BRACKET

Made with ESD (Extra Super Duralmin)

  This billet Duralmin bracket was made especially for

  FORMULA Damper Series. This part gets lots of load

  from suspension system, factory stock brackets are not

  able to handle it, causing bend or breaking of this parts.

  Also, due to its unique, complicated design, we machine

  the parts from block ESD, and created total of 2 hole

  patterns for lowering the car without changing the stroke.

RACING SPRING (Straight Coil)

  This type of springs have precise characteristics, and

  it makes it easier to find the best spring rate for the

  ELISE with particular settings. You will find this racing

  spring very convenient for serious driving.

ATS CARBON CLUTCH SET (for K18 Engine)

  Clutch engaging and shift changes takes very important

  part of transferring the horse power, and are repeated

  tremendous amount of time while driving. It is very

  crucial to choose the clutch with reliability and

  dependability at high temperature. Special carbon

  material is used for the clutch disc that has CTE

  (Coefficient of Thermal Expansion) 1/10 of iron, that

  makes the chance to get warped close to ZERO,

  therefore it is very stable. It also has density of 1.7,

  which is less than half of Titanium under the same   

  volume, this radical reduction of inertia mass prevents

  the power-loss. The results are faster shifting, sharper

  engine response, and smooth acceleration even at high

  rpm.

ATS CARBON LSD (for K18 Engine)

  Carbon LSD has characteristic of very gentle locking

  that minimize the position change even at full throttle.

  This characteristic means you get quick throttle timing,

  and gives good latitude of controllability, even under the

  situation where understeering or oversteering occurs.  It

  is very easy to control the line at full acceleration on the

  corner. This unit is very reliable under the heat, and

  keeps very stable and consistent performance.

CHRO-MOLY REINFORCED HUB BOLT

Material: Chrome Molybdenum Steel

  Increased rigidity by choosing chro-moly steel. It

  prevents the hub-bearing trouble on the Elise.
