Machined and balanced the stock connecting rod.  45g lighter connecting rods are also machined on the cap and (sunaotoshi?).  These parts don't get too much stress, so it is safe to get machined.

CRANK SHAFT MODIFICATION

One of the known problem for Miata is crank walk, that cause so many engine troubles.  It happens because of the end of stock crank shaft is too short, and as rpm gets higher, the crank shaft pulley starts to move.  With this modification, it prevents head gasket leak, bearing problems, then engine can smoothly rev without stress for higher rpms.

Compatible with stock HLA, it changes the valve timing and the lift to maximize the performance of the engine.  This is NOT shaved stock cam, our specical cam shafts are made from scratch.

One of the common characteristics of upgrade clutch is higher pedal effort (heavier pedal).  Although our clutch is "multi-plate type", we minimize the increase of pedal effort to make it more comfortable and better controllability for street use.

LARGER THROTTLE BODY

Bigger throttle diameter increases torque and throttle response on the low to mid rpm.  It is made of factory throttle body to assure you there will be no problem with shaft, like aftermarket throttle bodies. We weld bracket to your stock intake manifold, then taper it, to make the air flows smooth into the manifold.

TWIN FAN RELAY (TFR)

When the engine is on, only the passenger side of fans are working for the factory setup. With this fan relay, it turns the AC fan at the same time to increase the radiator's cooling efficiency. The kit comes with relay kit, and the other one comes with manual switch for you to control when to turn the AC fan on.
